Transforming CapEx into intelligent OpEx.
Stop buying printers. Stop managing toner inventories. Stop dealing with 15 different regional service vendors. NuWays consolidates your entire national print fleet into a single, predictable monthly SLA.

The Cost-Per-Page Revolution.
Our CPP (Cost-Per-Page) model completely shifts the financial burden of printing infrastructure. You only pay for what you print.

A Highly Scalable Fleet Ecosystem
We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Your enterprise print ecosystem is meticulously designed utilizing a strategic mix of high-volume centralized copiers and decentralized convenience printers.
Centralized SHARP A3 MFPs
High-Volume HubsHeavy-duty, floor-standing Multifunction Printers (MFPs) designed for massive departmental output. These units act as the core secure pulling stations for high-volume copying, scanning, and secure document release.
- High-speed duplex scanning & printing.
- A3 media handling capabilities.
- Integrated finishing (stapling/sorting).
Decentralized A4 Printers
Convenience NodesCompact, high-efficiency desktop printers strategically placed for executives or specific high-security roles (HR, Finance) requiring immediate proximity. Available in both advanced toner and economical cartridge-based architectures.
- Compact footprint for personal or small team use.
- Highly secured direct network integration.
- Zero-maintenance cartridge and toner options.
A Unified Rental Agreement
Whether you deploy massive SHARP A3 production units in Mumbai or small A4 desktop printers in a regional logistics hub, every single device is unified under one transparent Master Service Agreement (MSA) and a single Cost-Per-Page rate.
Enterprise Security
Centralized Fleet Management
We deploy advanced print management software to secure your documents, track user-level usage, and eliminate unnecessary waste across all your national branches.

Secure Pull Printing
Documents are held in a secure server and only released when the user authenticates at the device via PIN or ID card, ensuring data security.
Access Controls
Restrict color printing, enforce default duplexing, and deploy user-level PINs to drastically reduce unnecessary waste and secure your ecosystem.
Dedicated Business SLA
We provide a rigorous Monday-Saturday enterprise support framework, ensuring high availability throughout your operational business hours.
Zero-Downtime Deployment Roadmap
Replacing an enterprise print fleet shouldn't paralyze your operations. Our deployment engineers execute a military-grade rollout strategy to ensure absolute continuity.
The Infrastructure Audit
We map your current chaotic landscape, identifying underutilized devices, high-cost printers, and workflow bottlenecks.
OpEx Architecture
Our engineers design a hyper-optimized fleet mix of heavy-duty SHARP A3 copiers and decentralized A4 nodes.
Weekend Rollout
Old hardware is decommissioned and new units are installed, networked, and secured entirely outside of your business hours.
Quarterly Business Reviews
Post-deployment, our enterprise account managers conduct periodic audits to review usage patterns and right-size your fleet.
Pan-India Deployment & Support
We deploy enterprise print infrastructure across the entire country, backed by a rigorous, contractually bound Service Level Agreement (SLA) designed for absolute operational continuity.
Dedicated NCR Rapid-Response
Leveraging our Delhi headquarters, we guarantee prioritized, direct-dispatch engineer support for critical hubs across the National Capital Region. Nationwide deployments follow standardized priority matrices.
Mon-Sat Core Uptime
Our SLA is aggressively aligned with your core operational hours (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays) to ensure your enterprise workflows never experience unmanaged disruptions.
Preventative Maintenance
We do not wait for hardware failures. We mandate scheduled cleaning and part-replacement cycles based entirely on exact, data-driven page-volume thresholds.

Print Sustainably.
Modern enterprises are heavily scrutinized on their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) footprint. NuWays provides a natively sustainable print ecosystem that immediately reduces your corporate carbon output.
Remanufactured Toners
We utilize high-yield, deeply remanufactured cartridges to keep massive amounts of plastic out of global landfills.
Forced Duplexing
Fleet management software automatically enforces double-sided printing, slashing paper consumption by up to 40%.
Energy Star Hardware
We deploy SHARP machines equipped with advanced sleep-mode sensors to drastically reduce idle power draw.
E-Waste Eradication
End-of-life hardware is responsibly recycled through certified channels, never dumped.
Frequently Asked Questions
Clear, straightforward answers about how our enterprise MPS engagements operate.
Who owns the hardware at the end of the contract?
NuWays retains ownership of the hardware. This is a pure OpEx model. Your only concern is the output. As long as the contract is active, we bear the complete burden of maintaining the hardware's operational integrity, including full replacements if a machine reaches the end of its functional life.
How do you prevent us from running out of toner?
Instead of relying on reactive ordering, we utilize a Proactive Buffer Stock model. We maintain a calculated, secure inventory of consumables directly at your premises, ensuring you always have immediate access to toner before you need it.
What happens if a machine cannot be repaired same-day?*
Depending on your specific contract tier, if a standard monochrome unit cannot be repaired within the SLA timeframe, we can deploy a hot-swap standby unit to ensure continuity. Specialized equipment and color printers follow tailored repair frameworks.
Does the hardware come with a warranty?
Under our Cost-Per-Page model, traditional warranties are irrelevant to you. Because you do not own the hardware, you hold zero standard hardware risk. If a component breaks, fails, or degrades under normal use, replacing it is 100% our financial responsibility as part of the SLA. *Note: Any physical damage, environmental damage (e.g., power surges, flooding), intentional misuse, or damage caused by utilizing non-specified media (incorrect paper types) is strictly excluded and must be paid in full by the client.
Why do you mandate Laser over Inkjet for enterprise?
Inkjet technology is notoriously prone to print-head drying, frequent mechanical jams, and slow output speeds under heavy volume. To guarantee our SLAs and ensure maximum uptime, we strictly deploy robust Laser and LED-based architectures designed for punishing enterprise environments.
Is media (paper) included in the CPP model?
Standard Managed Print Services contracts cover hardware, toner, parts, and maintenance. Media (paper) is procured separately by the client, though we mandate and advise on optimal paper specifications to reduce jam rates and environmental impact.
What happens to our existing printers?
During the Infrastructure Audit phase, we evaluate your existing fleet. In many cases, we can phase out obsolete machines while assuming maintenance for newer, compatible hardware, integrating them into the unified NuWays ecosystem.
Legal & Operational Disclaimers
* Illustrative Cost Savings: The "Up to 30% Verified Savings" metric is illustrative, based on historical averages of enterprise clients transitioning from unmanaged legacy CapEx procurement to our managed OpEx model. Actual financial outcomes vary. Final deployment architectures, hardware selection, and exact Cost-Per-Page (CPP) rates are strictly contingent upon a comprehensive technical site survey and the execution of a formal Master Service Agreement (MSA).
* SLA & Maintenance Exclusions: The 100% maintenance inclusion covers all standard wear-and-tear and technical faults occurring under normal, prescribed operating conditions. Physical damage caused by user negligence, environmental damage (including but not limited to power surges, flooding, fire, pest damage, and abnormal industrial dust accumulation), or unauthorized third-party tampering is strictly excluded from standard SLA coverage and will be billed separately as per contract terms.
* Resolution Timelines & Hot-Swaps: Same-day resolution targets and hot-swap standby unit deployment guarantees apply exclusively to standard operational business hours (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) within predefined Delhi NCR geographical boundaries. Nationwide SLAs vary by region. All support metrics are entirely subject to the specific SLA tier negotiated in the final contract.
